Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Emate Web Solutions. Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund and Cancellation Policy of Emate Web Solutions (operating as ematehub.com).

1. No Refunds on Completed Services

Due to the nature of digital services (SaaS Subscriptions, Smart Site Setup, Marketplace Listings), we do not offer refunds once the project has been initiated, account activated, or work completed. The resources and man-hours utilized cannot be recovered.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you have paid for a premium plan but wish to cancel the order before we have initiated the project setup, custom domain mapping, or server provisioning, you may be eligible for a refund. A cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted to cover payment gateway charges and administrative costs.

3. Third-Party Costs

Payments made for Domain Names, Server Hosting, or Third-party API keys are strictly non-refundable as these are paid to external vendors immediately upon your request.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the paid duration.
